Las Vegas eats tacos at 2am on Las Vegas Blvd, at lunch on Durango, and at festivals in North Las Vegas. This is how we pick rooms, and how to tell us we got one wrong.

- Every opening, event, address, and published schedule is tied to a public source and a date.
- Hours, prices, and menus change. Confirm them with the kitchen.
- Write hello@taco.vegas when a room moves, closes, or deserves a look.
- Is this a ranking?
- No. Kitchens are grouped by route, style, and neighborhood. When another publication ranks a room, we quote that publication and date it.
- Do kitchens pay to be here?
- No. The privacy policy is blunt about it: partner money never buys placement.
