Gabriela Camara's first U.S. restaurant: Mexico City seafood cantina cooking, now on the north Strip.

Opened March 28, 2026 at Fontainebleau. Eater Vegas called it one of the city's most exciting 2026 openings and added it to the taco map for tuna tostadas, al pastor fish tacos, and wagyu tacos.
